Ordered this in December. I am still within the first few days or using it, but so far, so good. It came very quickly, I think because I live near the warehouse address. It arrived beautifully – and totally assembled! I could not see any visible wear or tear (when I really looked closely I saw a mark on the black fabric, but honestly, that would happen in a store, too.) Hard to see with the naked eye. I used a video on Herman Miller’s website to figure out how to adjust the chair to my settings. I am holding on to the box in case the chair proves uncomfortable but so far I really like it. I wish it was less expensive, having paid $900 plus tax, but it’s the best price you can find for this brand. As far as the appearance and the condition of the chair, it is pretty much in LIKE-NEW condition. Packed very well.
